Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Greens, and Ryde Epping Greens members and supporters gathered for an autumn breakfast to launch Emma Heyde's Greens for Berowra campaign. Emma welcomed Lee Rhiannon and David Shoebridge and shared a sumptuous breakfast. Emma, Lee and David spoke to the gathered crowd on the importance of the Greens campaign in forthcoming election, Mehreen Faruqi sent her apologies and sent her best wishes. Adrian Jones, Greens candidate for Bradfield, also offered his support for Emma's campaign, We are ready to support Emma's and Adrian's campaigns.
"Why fight so hard for the bluest of blue-ribbon seats? Why challenge when the Liberal party think they can simply write the next man's name on the ballot paper and have him enjoy the safest of safe seats for as long as he chooses?
